【Abstract】 John Adams was one of the most important diplomats in early American history.Though we can’t assure the authenticity of his debate in 1775 written in the autobiography,the Paradigmatic Treaty,directed by Adams,was the first systematic formulation of Isolationism policy.Under the background of revolution,Adams adopted a flexible Isolation policy.He not only strengthened the economical and cultural relationship between Europe and America,but formed a temporary alliance with France,Holland and Spain,etc.Therefore,he was the founder and practitioner of the policy of Isolationism in early America.更多还原
