【摘要】 报告1例钙化性纤维性肿瘤。患者女,68岁。骶尾部出现肿块伴疼痛12年。皮肤科检查见骶尾部有一6 cm×4 cm肤色肿块。肿块组织病理检查:皮下脂肪层可见胶原纤维显著增生,以及钙化性物质沉积,并可见淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润。给予肿块手术切除,随访至今无复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of calcifying fibrous tumor is reported.A 68-year-old woman presented with a history of painful mass on her sacroiliac region for 12 years.Physical examination revealed a skin-colored tumor with a size of 6 cm×4 cm. Histopathology showed abundant hyalinized collagen and deposition of calcified materials in the subcutaneous adipose layer, with predominant infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cells.The tumor was excised and no recurrence in the follow-up.更多还原
