【Abstract】 A case of microcystio adnexal carcinoma is reported.A 16—year-old boy presented with a solitary plaque on his forehead for two years.Histopathology of the lesion showed many keratinous cysts,sweat glands ducts and epithelial nests in the dermis.There were strands and cords of tumor cells.without atypical change.The tumor was diagnosed as microcystic adnexal carcinoma and resected.No recurrence was found.更多还原
