【摘要】 针对参数不确定的供应链传递函数系统,提出基于H∞保成本计算的订货策略优选方法.首先,通过遗传算法(GA)和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)相结合的H∞保成本计算,搜寻参数不确定的传递函数H∞范数;然后,根据传递函数H∞范数的大小,比较其对于扰动抑制的能力,确定供应链订货策略的选择;最后,对参数不确定的补货系统和基于生产控制系统的库存和订货系统两类供应链进行了仿真,并进行了最优订货策略的选择与分析.更多还原

【Abstract】 The supply chain transfer function systems with uncertain parameters are investigated and an approach based on H∞ guaranteed cost computation for order policies selection is proposed.By the H∞ guaranteed cost computation combined genetic algorithm(GA)and linear matrix inequality(LMI),the transfer function H∞ norm with uncertain parameters is searched.According to the rank of transfer function H∞ norm,the capability of restraining disturbance is compared,and the order policies of supply chain are selected.Finally,two classes of supply chains,replenishment policies system and production planning and inventory control(PIC)system,are simulated.The optimal ordering policy is selected and discussed.更多还原
