新型细晶强化中厚板Q460的控轧控冷工艺研究

【摘要】 通过热轧试验,对比研究了终轧温度及轧后冷却速度对综合力学性能的影响,研究发现:降低终轧温度可以提高钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度,对韧性的影响不大,其强度的提高主要以沉淀强化为主;冷却速度越快,铁素体晶粒越细,钢的强度和韧性越高。但冷速超过15℃/s时会发生贝氏体相变,考虑到钢的综合性能,湘钢Q460热轧时应将终轧温度控制在840℃~860℃之间,冷却速度控制在10~15℃/s为最佳。

【Abstract】 The paper comparatively studies the effect of finish rolling temperature and controlled cooling rate after rolling on the comprehensive mechanical properties through hot rolling trials and found that the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel could be increased by decreasing the finish rolling temperature,which has not much impact on the toughness.The strength was mainly improved by precipitation strengthening.The faster the cooling rate is,the finer the ferrite grain size will be.Thus the strength and toughness of the steel can be improved.Since bainite phase transformation will occur when the cooling rate is over 15 ℃/s,it is better for Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd to control finish rolling temperature between 840 and 860 ℃ approximately and cooling rate between 10 and 15 ℃/s during Q460 steel rolling for the sake of the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel.
