【Abstract】 The employment shock caused by the global financial crisis has highly exposed the institutional barriers of labor market in China.Policy countermeasures against the crisis should prioritize the issues of employment and combine short-term policy tools with long-run deepening reforms so as to stabilize the current situation,promote employment and the development of labor market integration,strengthen the overall capability of Chinese economy against external risks and shocks,and achieve the multiple policy goals such as ensuring employment,improving living standards and maintaining social stability.更多还原
