【摘要】 虚拟经济概念的提出及理论架构的建立,是我国一项重要的经济学理论创新。虚拟经济核算体系的构建,则可为该理论提供指导实践的工具。本文基于国民经济核算SNA体系的基本原理,以资金交易流量为核心概念,以重复交易流量为重点,以交易数据取得为突破口,从统计学理论与数据搜集技术层面,针对虚拟经济测度体系中的基本理论、核算方法与系统结构、数据的收集与处理、模拟实验及应用检验四方面问题,提出了解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important innovation in economic theory that put forward the concept of the fictitious economy,and establish its theoretical framework.Fictitious Economic Accounting System can provide guidance for the theory of instrument practice.Based on the basic principles of SNA system of national accounts,taking the financial transactions of flow as the core concept,focusing on the repeated transaction flows,from the statistics theory and technical aspects of data collection,we propose four aspects solutions in view of the basic theory,the accounting method and system structure,data collection and processing,simulation experiments and application of testing about the fictitious economy measure system.更多还原
