【摘要】 目的确定黄芩根系的差异特征及其在根群内的分布特点。方法田间小区直播,秋后收获取样分析。结果黄芩根类可划分为直根型、半直根型和分根型三种,三种根型的根重与根直径极显著正相关,但与根长的相关方向存在差异;直根型的根重约占根群的65%,根条数约占55%。结论直根型根系是黄芩种质的主导根群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine root type character of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods The dry seeds were planted in f ield. The roots were classif ied and measured after autumn. Results The root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was divided into three types: taproot, part taproot and branch root. The root weight per plant was correlated signifi cantly with the root diameter for all root types,and was not correlated signif icantly with the root length. The root weight and the root number of taproot reached 65% and 55%, respectively. Conclusion The taproot type was mainly part among them.更多还原
