【摘要】 在新的教育背景下,医学界人士发现了医学教育中存在的危机。PBL教学法即"以问题为基础的学习法",逐渐被护理教育采纳并得到了越来越多的推广和应用,可以扭转这种危机。把PBL教学法运用于《护理管理学》的教学设计和教学过程之中,学生的学习成绩和评估意见,可以证明它的应用价值。

【Abstract】 In the new educational background,there exists some crisis in medical education.PBL in nursing education has been gradually adopted and has been promoted and applied more and more widely.This article shows that it has a great value if we use PBL in the instructional design and teaching process.
