【摘要】 近十年来高校在校生规模扩张方式呈阶段性特点,先后经历了内涵式—外延式—内涵式为主交替扩张的轨迹。从学历层次结构看,主要以专科生扩张为主,专科在校生年度增长率远远高于本科生,专科在校生年度百分比也逐年上升,但从2006年始专科在校生年度增长率和年度百分比均有所下降。高校规模扩张主体地方化特征明显,地方院校承担起规模扩张的重任。基础学科在校生规模扩张主要以本科生为主,应用学科规模扩张主要以专科生为主,高校规模扩张的总趋势良好,但应根据社会需求和各学科毕业生就业情况微调各学科规模扩张比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the past decade,the way of students scale expansion of colleges and universities shew a phased characteristics,and it has undergone a turn-style track of connotation-extention-connotation.From the academic hierarchy,the scale expansion is based on specialist.The annual growth rate of specialist is much higher than undergraduate,and the annual percentage of specialist was increasing year by year.But the annual growth rate and annual percentage of specialist was declining from 2006.The main body of scale expansion is localization,and local colleges and universities have assumed the main responsibility.The scale expansion of basic subjects gave priority to undergraduates,and application subjects to college students.The overall direction of scale expansion is good.But we should adjust the expansion rate of every subjects based on socio-economic needs and the employment rate of graduates.更多还原
