【Abstract】 In order to explore the way of fostering the double qualified instructors to meet the need of higher vocational education,the authors began with the systematic analysis of the vocational colleges’ teachers’ constitution to explore the standards of teacher’s professional ability,and constructed the systems and innovated the institutions to accelerate the development of teachers’ professional capability since 2002. Through the practice in Jiangxi College of Applied Technology,we have attained an outstanding accomplishment and have innovated a successful way to promote the teachers’ professional capability of vocational college.更多还原
