【Abstract】 In order to extend the application of lean technology from traditional manufacturing area to supply chain management, it describes a comparison of lean thinking and supply chain management based on lean fundamentals, builds a technology framework of lean supply chain management which consists of object level, operation strategy level and tools/methods level with the convergence of lean and supply chain management methods. It shows the detail about the technology of each level together with the inner relationship, illustrates a technological guidance to realize leanness of information flow, material flow and value steam of supply chain.更多还原
