【Abstract】 The industrial clusters arise and rapidly develop all around the world,which makes the clusters policy becoming the important tool to drive the growth of the local economy.And lots of evidences from the developed areas have shown that the policies of the local government have become the most important measures to promote the development of the industrial clusters.The thesis will aggregate the good experiment during the development of the industrial clusters from USA and Italy,and bring up the inspiration from those developed countries that how the local govern-ment use the industrial clusters policies correctly.更多还原
