【摘要】 实施江西在中部地区崛起战略的关键在于建立有效的技术创新体系,作为江西技术创新主体的大中型企业的技术创新能力如何,将直接影响江西全省的技术创新能力,直接影响江西崛起战略的实现。为了比较全面、客观地认识江西大中型企业的技术创新能力状况,本文以2001-2007年的有关数据为样本,构建相应的评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法测度和评价江西大中型企业技术创新能力。结果表明,江西大中型企业近几年的技术创新能力呈逐步提升的趋势,但与中部地区其他省份以及全国平均水平相比,技术创新能力是比较弱,需要进一步采取强有力措施加以提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to realizing the goal of Jiangxi’s rise in the central China lies in the construction of the effective technological innovation system.As the main force of the province’s technological innovation,the innovative capability of the large and medium enterprises in Jiangxi has a direct impact on the overall innovation capability of the province,thus affecting the realization of Jiangxi’s rise in central China.To obtain an objective and overall picture of the innovation capability of the large and medium enterprises in Jiangxi,the paper constructs the relevant measurement index using the main component analysis method for evaluation based on the 2001—2007 data.The result shows that the innovation capability of the large and medium size enterprises in Jiangxi is rising incrementally,but remains weak compared with the other provinces and the average national level,so further measures should be taken to enhance the innovation capability.更多还原
