一种基于空间曲线啮合原理的新型传动机构的研究
Research on a Novel Transmission Mechanism based on the Principle of Space Curve Mesh
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于空间曲线啮合原理的微小弹性啮合轮传动机构。首先阐述了新型传动机构的基本原理和特点;然后总结了该研究已取得的进展,包括空间曲线啮合理论、基于MATLAB系统的空间曲线啮合传动机构设计计算系统、运动学性能测试实验、传动力分析和动力学性能测试实验;最后简单介绍有待解决的问题。
【Abstract】 A micro-elastic-mesh-wheel-transmission(MEMWT) mechanism based on the principle of space curve mesh is introduced.First of all,the basic principle and characteristics of the novel transmission mechanism are elaborated.Then,the research progress on this novel mechanism is summarized,including the theory of space curve mesh,the design and calculating system of space curve mesh transmission on the basis of MATLAB,kinematics performance test,transmission force analysis and dynamics performance test.Finally,problems,which should be solved,are simply introduced.
