船用柴油机相继增压蝶阀切换延迟仿真研究
Simulation on Butterfly-valve Switch Delay of a Marine Diesel Engine With Sequential Turbocharging System
【摘要】 采用合理的蝶阀切换延迟时间,可有效地防止相继增压柴油机在切换过程中出现喘振现象,保证切换过程的平稳过渡.基于有限容积法,建立了TBD234V12船用柴油机采用2台增压器相继增压的计算模型.通过仿真计算,分析了蝶阀切换延迟时间对柴油机运行状况的影响,并选定了适合该机的切换延迟时间,为相继增压系统的控制设计提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 The compressor surge phenomena of a sequentially turbocharged diesel engine,which may appear during the butterfly-valve switch phase,can be prevented effectively by adopting a reasonable switch delay time.Consequently,the transition process of switch will be smoothly.Based on the finite volume method,a computer model for a TBD234V12 marine diesel engine with sequential turbocharging system is established.Through the simulation,this paper analyses the influence of butterfly-valve switch delay time on the operating status of the diesel engine and chooses an appropriate switch delay time for this TBD234V12 engine.The results provide theoretic reference for the control of the sequential turbocharging system.
