【摘要】 480只300日龄的体尺和体重相近的商品绍鸭随机分成4组,分别饲喂4种不同的日粮:对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加1%、2%、3%水平的鱼油。试验结果表明:2%水平下的蛋鸭产蛋率最高,日均产蛋率达到83.75%;料蛋比以3%水平时最低,较对照组降低8.97%,各添加水平下的组间日均采食量、破蛋率、死淘率等指标无显著差异;鸭蛋蛋黄颜色随着鱼油添加量的增加而趋深,添加鱼油的各组蛋黄中胆固醇较对照组都显著(P<0.05)降低;脂质过氧化物也都降低,但含1%水平鱼油的1组降低不显著(P>0.05)。对试验蛋鸭进行的投入产出粗略分析表明2%鱼油添加组经济效益最佳。综上所述,高ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸鸭蛋生产日粮中适宜的鱼油添加水平为2%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Feeding experiment were conducted on 480 commercial Shaoxing Ducks at 300-day-old with similar body size and weight,they were randomly divided into four groups feeding with four different diets.Compared with the control,the group I,II and III were fed with basal diets adding 1%,2% and 3% concentrations of fish oil respectively.The results showed that the ducks in the group with the addition of 2% fishoil in diet got the highest laying rate,and its average daily laying rate reached to 83.75%.Group III(3%) took the lowest ratio of feed to egg production,which was 8.97% lower than the control.There were no significant difference among groups with respect to their daily feed intakes,broken egg rates,death-out rates etc.The colors of the yolks deepened with the increase of the addition of fish oil.Compared with the control,the groups added with fish oil had significantly lower cholesterol content(P<0.05) and lipid peroxidation content(P<0.05),except the group I(P>0.05).The input-output analysis showed that the group with the addition of 2% fish oil in diet got the highest economic efficiency.From the above,it came to the conclusion that the optimal addition of fish oil to the diets for the ω-3PUFA-rich egg production would be 2%.更多还原
