【Abstract】 Longissimus muscle of Suhuai white pig was selected to compare the effect of extracting total RNA by the methods of guanidinium isothiocyanate-phenol-chloroform one step method and the method of TRIzol.The result showed that RNA extracted by either method could suffice the requirement of DDRT-PCR analysis.The concentration of RNA with the method of guanidinium isothiocyanate-phenol-chloroform one step method was slightly larger than that by the method of TRIzol.The method of TRIzol is simpler and faster than the method of guanidinium isothiocyanate-phenol-chloroform one step.更多还原
