氧化铜矿物抗抑制作用的表面形貌研究
Surface Morphology of Copper Oxide Minerals in Relation with Anti-depression Function
【摘要】 在Hallimond管中进行孔雀石纯矿物的硫化浮选试验,试验中添加(NH4)2SO4以测试其在过量Na2S存在时的抗抑制作用,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了孔雀石纯矿物在不同试验条件下的表面形貌。结果表明,在过量Na2S存在的孔雀石浮选体系中,添加(NH4)2SO4后,可以起到抗抑制的作用。它可以使孔雀石表面生成的硫化膜更加坚实、致密和稳定,有利于黄药的吸附。
【Abstract】 Malachite sulfidization-flotation tests were carried out in Hallimond Tube.(NH4)2SO4.was added to test its anti-depression function at the presence of an excess amount of Na2S and the surface morphologies of pure malachaite minerals were investigated by SEM at various test conditions.The results shows that,in a malachite flotation system with excessive amount of Na2S,(NH4)2SO4,when added to the system,can play a role of anti-depression.It will make the sulfide film formed on the surface of malachite firmer,denser and more stable,facilitating the adsorption of xanthate.
