【摘要】 回顾与梳理了现有的服务创新主要分类方法,并结合针对服务企业创新实践的深入调研,提出了具体的服务创新分类。

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the classification approaches on service innovation,and puts forward the classification of service innovation combining with the survey on innovation practices of service enterprises,which aims to clarify the taxonomy of service innovation to help to build the foundation of further research on service innvoation.
