【摘要】 在分析数控系统和运动控制器的发展现状及存在问题的基础上,探讨以MCX314As运动控制芯片为核心、基于PC104总线的运动控制器。介绍PC104总线、MCX314As运动控制芯片以及运动控制器功能特点和运动控制器的硬件及软件系统设计,给出运动控制器控制两轴数控伺服驱动器及电机的插补应用实例,并对直线插补的跟踪误差进行分析。实验结果表明,运动控制器可以对设定轨迹进行两轴插补驱动,并且控制效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of development situation and existing problems,a kind of motion controller based on MCX314As and PC104 Bus is designed.First,PC104 bus,MCX314As motion control chip and motion controller are introduced;Second,the hardware and software of the controller is introduced in detail;Finally,one interpolation application is given that the motion controller controls two axes of servo drive and motor,and the tracking errors of the interpolation is analyzed.The experiment result shows that the motion controller can carry out 2 axes interpolation according to the Motion Trail presetting and the control effect is good.更多还原
