建设监理对项目投资进行有效控制的探讨

【摘要】 建设监理在对建设项目投资进行控制的过程中,要摒弃偏施工阶段监理,重视设计阶段控制,采取技术与经济相结合有效手段进行主动控制。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the necessitg of abandoning the partial supervision in the construction phase and paying attention to the control of design phase and adapting the effective means of connection technical and economic to control in the process of construction supervistion of invest projects.
