铁素体基体强度对粒状组织钢屈服强度的影响

【摘要】 建立了粒状组织钢的微观力学模型,根据实际的应力-应变曲线分离出了铁素体基体的屈服强度及加工硬化率,并讨论了铁素体基体的强度对粒状组织钢屈服强度的影响,结果表明,在马氏体含量一定时,粒状组织钢的屈服强度随铁素体基体屈服强度的增加而线性增加,并与铁素体基体的加工硬化率成指数函数关系;通过微合金化提高铁素体基体的强度是提高粒状组织钢屈服强度的重要途径。

【Abstract】 A micromechanical model of granular structure steels was built and yield strength and hardening index of ferrite matrix were obtained by fitting experiment strain-stress curves according to the micromechanical model.Influence of strength of ferrite matrix on yield strength of granular structure steels was also discussed.It is shown that yield strength of granular structure steels increases linearly with the increase of yield strength of ferrite matrix and increases exponentially with the increase of hardening index of ferrite matrix.Increasing the strength of ferrite matrix by micro-alloying is an effective method for increasing yield strength of the granular structure steels.
