【摘要】 在实验室条件下,选取苦楝、青蒿和苦参对金鱼进行亚急性毒性试验,通过测定药物对金鱼肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响,进而探究这3种药物对金鱼肝脏的损伤情况。试验表明:较小浓度的中草药使金鱼的肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)略有下降,而高浓度药物则明显减弱了金鱼肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。说明这3种中草药对金鱼肝脏均有一定的损伤。因而,在实际生产中,中草药的使用同样应该谨慎选择,准确控制药物施用浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subacute toxic effects of Melia, Artemisia and Radix Sophorea Flavescentis on goldfish were investigated.The goldfish had been cultured in four different concentrations of above three Chinese medicinal herbs extract for 14d to determine the toxic effects on liver of goldfish.It found that these herbs affect the total antioxidantive capacity(T-AOC) of liver and the result showed that the high concentrations of herbs caused more severe damage on the liver of goldfish.So,we must choose suitable Chinese medicinal herbs and precise concentration in aquaculture.更多还原
