【摘要】 目的:探讨应用彩色超声监测、观察甲氨喋呤(MTX)联合米非司酮治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法:50例未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者,以单用MTX治疗的20例为对照组,MTX联合米非司酮治疗的30例为观察组,对两组分别于服药前及服药后连续动态观察异位妊娠组织及包块的形成、发展与转归;比较包块缩小、症状消失时间,管形蜕膜排出时间、血与尿HCG 2周下降率及达治愈标准时间。结果:观察组治愈26例,治愈率86.7%,无效4例;对照组治愈13例,治愈率65.0%,无效7例。两组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合用药优于单用MTX,彩色超声可用于治疗该病的全程观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of unruptured ectopic pregnancy treated by MTX and mifepristone with color ultrasonography. Method Total 50 patients were divided into MTX group(the control group,n=20) and MTX+mifepristone group(the observation group,n=30).The evolution and outcomes of the fallopian tube ectopic pregnancy and embryo masses were dynamic observed with color sonography before and after conservative treatment.Time of disappearing embryo masses,disappearance to symptom,reduction of HCG in urine or blood in two weeks and time of cure were compared.Results Twenty-six patients were cured in the observation group,with the cure rate of 86.7%,and 4 failed.Thirteen patients were cured in the control group,with the cure rate of 65.0%,and 7 failed.These was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion MTX+mifepristone has advantages over MTX alone in the conservative treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Color ultrasouography can be used to observe in the conservative treatment.更多还原
