【摘要】 本文以当前我国企业薪酬管理存在的问题为切入点,对企业薪酬管理存在问题的成因进行了分析,并提出了企业薪酬管理改革创新的主要对策。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the cause of the existing problems in enterprise salary management in China,and proposes the main countermeasure of reform and innovation to the enterprise salary management.
