用电影文本促进大学生心理健康的研究——大学生心理健康教育教学方法的探讨

【摘要】 目的以心理教育促进学生的心理健康。方法以电影文本为媒介对学生实施心理教育,在课前与课后施测卡特尔16PF人格量表并对施测结果做统计显著性检验。结果《电影文本成长心理学》对学生的心理健康,心理成熟,心理稳定和社会适应力等的提高有明显的促进作用。结论电影可以成为对大学生进行心理健康教育的重要工具。

【Abstract】 Objective To advance the students’ mental health by psychological education. Methods Applied psychological education to the students by movie text,and made Catel’s 16PF scale to the students before and after the course with making T test to the result. Results The students’ mental health,mental maturation,mental stabilization and social adaptability were obviously advanced by the course "growing psychology with movie texts ".Conclusion Movie may becomes an important tool to psychological education for the students.
