【Abstract】 The democratic centralism is a basic rule and specific institution for correctly dealing with intra-Party relations.Upholding and perfecting it is a basic precondition,effective path and important guarantee for enhancing intra-Party harmony.To reinforce intra-Party harmony,we must persist in and perfect the democratic centralism and do well the following: carry out the theoretical education on the democratic centralism deeply and persistently,and enhance the party members and cadres ’ initiative in carrying through it;bring the example effect of leading cadre into full play,and improve the intra-Party supervision mechanism;combine the activity of party members with the unity of the Party;deal with the opponent relations with the dialectic method;grasp the principles correctly,and handle the intra-Party contradictions appropriately.更多还原
