【摘要】 针对六部委联合启动的"职业院校制造业和现代服务业技能型紧缺人才培养培训工程",本文就"汽车运用与维修"紧缺人才的培养背景进行分析,高职汽车检测与维修专业实践教学改革应从学科型人才培养向职业型人才培养转变,在具体的时间教学过程中,应坚持素质教育、能力培养和专业训练不断线,同时提出实行两年制教学的教学改革模式及基本途径,使课程教学、实验、实习、实训和综合训练及考核等各个教学环节有机结合,从而实现高职人才培养目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the six ministries launched that "career academies’ personnel training project,who are the manufacturing and modern service industry shortage of skilled personnel".This article analyzes the background of the auto application and maintenance major.Practice of teaching reform for mobile diagnostic and repair speciality in 2-year senior vocational education,which should be changed subject persons to occupational-training.In the specific practice of the teaching process,it should adhere to the quality of education,professional training,ability training.At the same time,this article proposes to implement a two-year teaching model of reform and the basic way.So that the teaching,laboratory,training,practical training and integrated training and evaluation and other aspects of teaching can be combined in order to achieve the objectives of vocational training.更多还原
