辣椒素对湘黄雏鸡生长性能、血液指标和消化酶活性影响的研究

【摘要】 试验研究辣椒素对湘黄鸡生长性能、血清指标和小肠消化酶活性的影响。将120只湘黄雏鸡随机分成四组,每组30只。对照组喂基础日粮,A组为基础日粮+辣椒素10 mg/kg;B组为基础日粮+辣椒素50 mg/kg;C组为基础日粮+辣椒素100 mg/kg。结果表明:A组料肉比、血清甘油三酯显著低于其余组(P<0.05),其余组间差异不显著(P>0.05);A组糜蛋白酶显著高于C组和对照组(P<0.05),A组与B组、B组与C组和对照组间差异不显著。结果显示:在本试验条件下,一定剂量的辣椒素(10 mg/kg)可提高湘黄鸡的采食量,增加饲料报酬,同时可加速体内脂肪代谢,减少血清胆固醇含量,并可促进小肠消化酶活性;较高剂量(50 mg/kg以上)则可能起负作用。

【Abstract】 The study is han about the effect of capsaicin on growth performance,serum indicators and small intestinal digestive enzyme activity of Hunan chicken.There were 4 treatment groups:control,10 mg/kg capsaicin(group A),50 mg/kg capsaicin(group B),100 mg/kg capsaicin(group C).The results showed that Feed/gain and Triglyceride in group A are higher than those in the remaining groups(P<0.05)and no significant difference among the remaining groups was observed(P>0.05).The Chymotrypsin in the group A was higher than that of group C and control group.There is no significant difference between group A and B,group B as well as group C and control group.The results showed that a certain dose of capsaicin(10 mg/kg)can improve the feed intake and feed conversion and accelerate the fat metabolism as well.It also reduces the serum cholesterol level and promotes the intestinal digestive enzyme activities.But higher dose(above 50 mg/kg)may cause negative effect.
