【Abstract】 Heat stress has become a key factor of limitation on dairy industry in the southern China,and received the insider’s extensive attention.In order to provide a relatively comprehensive reference for cow raisers and researchers,this review summarized nutrition regulation and heat-stress evaluation from milk yield,physiological and biochemical indexes,endocrine indexes,sensitive proteins and genes,then proposed research prospects.更多还原
