磁阻传感器温度误差的机理分析与误差模型
Analysis and Model of Temperature Error Based on Magnetoresistive Sensor
【摘要】 温度对磁阻传感器的测量准确性的影响不容忽视,根据磁阻传感器的基本原理,分析了温度误差的产生机理,并在此基础上推导出温度误差的基本模型。为温度误差补偿提供了一定的理论基础。
【Abstract】 It’s important to notice that the temperature has a great impact on the accuracy of measurement.According to the basic principles of magnetoresistive sensor,the analysis of the mechanism and calculation of the temperature error are presented.A certain theoretical basis to error compensation is provided.
