【摘要】 目的研究原花青素(procyanidins,PC)眼用剂型对干眼症的影响。方法将40例(40只眼)干眼症患者,按完全随机原则等分为4组,即不同PC剂量的低(2μg/L)、中(20μg/L)、高(40μg/L)3个实验组与阴性对照组(生理盐水)。在用药前及用药后第3、7天,询问患者自觉症状,检查泪液分泌试验(Schirmer test,ST)、泪膜破裂时间(tear flim break-up time,BUT)。结果用药后干眼症患者自觉症状有改善;对BUT延长,有统计学意义(P<0.01);对ST的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3种剂量滴眼液对BUT和ST较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论PC滴眼液对干眼症有较好的治疗效果。PC滴眼液的浓度越高(2~40μg/L之间),用药时间越长(7天之内),对干眼症患者各项指标改善作用越明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects of procyanidins eye drops on dry eye syndrome.Methods Forty patients of dry eye syndrome were divided into 4 groups equally and everyone was used procyanidins eye drops.The procyanidins concentration of each group was 0 μg/L(control group),2 μg/L,20 μg/L and 40 μg/L,respectively.The changes of subjective symptoms of 4 groups were recorded before using procyanidins and the 3rd day and 7th day after using it.At the same time schirmer test(ST),tear film break-up time(BUT) were examined.The results were also held.Results The subjective symptoms of patients in the 3 experimental groups were better after used the procyanidins eye drops.In the control group,BUT changed significantly(P<0.01),but ST had no changes(P>0.05).In the 3 experimental groups,BUT and ST changed significantly than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Procyanidins eye drops has protective effects on dry eyesyndrome patients and it has a dose-dependent manner.更多还原
