【Abstract】 2-Hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetohydrazide was synthesized by esterification and hydrazinolysis,using 2-hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetic acid as the starting material.Then upon reactions of 2-hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetohydrazide with each kind of aroyl isothiocyanates under ultrasonic radiation along with conventional heating and reflux,a series of novel N-(2-hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetyl)-N’-aroylthioureas were synthesized.The structures of all compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.更多还原
