热处理对氧化铅红外发射率的影响
The Effects of Heat Treatment on the Infrared Emissivity of PbO
【摘要】 在不同温度下对氧化铅进行热处理,并对样品进行了XRD、红外光谱以及红外发射率方面的测试。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,样品的晶体结构产生转变,红外发射率先降低后升高,当热处理温度为400℃时最低(3~5μm波段为0.08,8~14μm波段为0.58)。经分析后认为热处理后氧化铅的发射率变化是由于其微观晶体结构转变产生的晶格振动的变化引起的,当氧化铅晶体结构致密、间隙率小时,红外发射率较低。
【Abstract】 The effects of heat treatment temperature on the infrared emissivities of PbO samples are investigated by XRD and FTIR.The results show that,the crystal structure of PbO changes with increase of heat treatment temperature,and at the same time the infrared emissivities of PbO samples reduce firstly and then increase.When the heat treatment temperature is at 400℃,the infrared emissivity lower to 0.08 at 3~5 μm wave band and 0.58 at 8~14 μm.The infrared emissivity changes with the increase of heat treatment temperature,It is because of the change of the crystal structure of PbO.The infrared emissivity decrease when the crystal lattice tends to be tight.
