【摘要】 目的观察早期应用七叶皂苷钠治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法将80例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组应用常规方法,治疗组在常规方法治疗基础上早期加用七叶皂苷钠,比较治疗效果,并进行神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)。结果治疗组能明显减少颅内压增高和脑水肿,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组血肿吸收速度快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组于治疗后15、25dNDS与对照组比较明显下降(P<0.01)。结论早期应用七叶皂苷钠治疗高血压性脑出血安全且效果较好,有助于神经功能的恢复和血肿的吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Aescigenin early in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were freely divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases respectively.They were treated with common medicine in control group,and they were given Aescigenin based on the common medicine in treatment group.The curative effects and score of neurological deficits(NDS)between them were compared.Results It could significantly decrease intracranial hypertension and cerebral edema in treatment group.Compared with control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),it was much faster of hematoma absorption in treatment group,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Compared with control group,there was significant difference of NDS after 15 and 25 days’ treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion It is security and effective to use Aescigenin early in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.It can be helpful to nerve function recovery and hematoma absorption.更多还原
