关于集成电路的原创性及其纠纷中的抗辩

【摘要】 通过对我国的集成电路布图设计采用专门法保护的讨论,进而分析集成电路独创性和保护手段的关系,最后对司法诉讼中的抗辩提出建议.

【Abstract】 The protection of layout design of integrated circuits and the originality in the layout design were discussed.Some defense measures of defendant were given.
