【摘要】 油菜是湖南第二大作物。湖南油菜产业有气候、地理、劳力和科技优势,在湖南可持续发展战略中占有重要位置,但也存在种植业成本偏高、加工业十分薄弱、产业链尚未形成等诸多制约油菜产业发展的障碍。基于此,笔者提出了湖南油菜产业跨越障碍及进一步发展需采取的应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rape is the second largest planting crop in Hunan province,which occupied an important position in Hunan sustainable development strategy for the advantages of climate,geography,labor and technology.But there are also some problems existed,such as high cost of farming,weak processing industries and no industry chain etc.Based on these situations,the countermeasure strategies of crossing the barriers and further developing for Hunan rape industry were proposed.更多还原
