【Abstract】 Jiang Ze-min has abundant and profound thoughts on education of history.This paper expounds on the great significance,purpose,methods of Jiang Ze-min’s thoughts on leaders and cadres’ learning of history,which is of crucial strategic meaning to the enhancement of ethos,personal development,working capability,and advancement of the modernization construction as well as the course of the Party.As it is,leaders and cadres’ learning of history is aimed at promoting the theoretic and political qualities of Marxism,the management competence and leading level,inheriting and expanding the fine traditions of the Chinese nation and revolutionary traditions of the Party.Besides,such leaning should also be centered on the real problems of China study under the guidance of Marxism’s historical concept and in combination with theoretic education.更多还原
