基于级域搜索思想模具零件尺寸自动标注方法
Research on the Automatic Datum Dimensioning for Die & Mold Drawing Based on the Hierarch-territory Contact Searching Strategy
【摘要】 提出了基于级域接触搜索思想的模具零件工程图坐标尺寸自动标注方法,通过定义大小可调整的虚拟域将整个视图分成内部和外部两个不同的标注区域,该方法在Au-toCAD软件中利用VisualLISP得到实现.模具零件工程图的标注实例测试结果表明,该方法在降低尺寸重叠干涉的同时,实现了提高工程图易读性的目的.
【Abstract】 A new automatic datum dimensioning(or ordinate dimensioning) approach was proposed for Die & Mold engineering drawing,based on the HierarchTerritory Contact Searching(HITA) Strategy.The significant concept,Virtual Territory,was defined and applied to divide the whole drawing into two different dimension zones,the inner dimension zone and outer dimensioning zone.The size of the Virtual Territory could be resized and controlled according to the complicity of the engineering drawing.The proposed algorithm was implemented in the programming language,VisualLISP provided by AutoCAD.In order to verify the applicability of the proposed algorithm,the automatic datum dimensioning approach was tested with practical examples.The practical datum dimensioning cases have indicated that overlapping and intersection issues can be well addressed,and the dimensioning quality can also be satisfied at the same time with the proposed approach.
