【摘要】 目的:探讨急性左心衰竭有效的抢救与护理方法。方法:对150例急性左心衰竭患者实行准确的监控、及时的用药和有效的抢救。在监控中注意心电图的作用,在用药和抢救中注意根据心电图显示出的患者即时信息,及时调整抢救方案,使疗效达到最大和最快。结果:经过护理和抢救,144患者的症状在30min～1h后得到了显著改善,6例因抢救无效死亡。结论:急性左心衰竭发病突然,预后困难,症状复杂,对患者危害极大。因此,在抢救中必须做到早、快、准,准确的判断病情和用药,提高抢救效果,从而减轻患者的痛苦。更多还原
