顶空气相色谱法测定饮用水中挥发性卤代烃的研究
Research on Analysis Method of Volatile Halogenated Hydrocarbon in Drinking Water
【摘要】 顶空—气相色谱法测定水中挥发性卤代烃无须进行样品前处理,此方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高的特点,并有较好的准确度和精密度,不受水基体对色谱的干扰。当5种卤代烃化合物的质量浓度平均值0.704 mg/l时,平均RSD为3.564%,样品加标回收率为96.72%~99.82%,标准曲线相关系数为0.999。
【Abstract】 It needn’t pretreat to determine volatile halogenated hydrocarbon in water with headspace-gas chromatography.This method is simple,quick,sensitive and accurate.It can eliminate interference of water-based body to chromatogram.When average mass concentration of 5 halogenated hydrocarbons is 0.704 mg/l,CV is 3.564%,sample recovery is 96.72%~99.82%,standard curve correlation coefficient is 0.999.
