煤基活性炭负载硫酸铈催化合成乙酸异丁酯

【摘要】 为寻求乙酸异丁酯的高效合成方法,以煤基活性炭负载Ce2(SO4)3催化合成乙酸异丁酯,用正交实验法,考察醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间和带水剂用量4个因素对乙酸异丁酯酯化率的影响,获得了最适宜合成条件:醇酸物质的量比1.4∶1,催化剂用量0.6 g,反应时间2 h,带水剂用量5 mL。此时,酯化率可达95%以上。结果表明:煤基活性炭负载Ce2(SO4)3对乙酸异丁酯的合成具有较好的催化活性。

【Abstract】 This paper is an attempt to find a better route of isobutyl acetate by using the method of orthogonal design to investigate the synthesis of isobutyl acetate catalyzed by Ce2(SO4)3 supported on coal based activated carbon,the factor of esterification reaction yield,such as ratio between alcohol and acid,weight of catalyst,reaction time and the dosage of taking water reagent.The study features the best condition: the molar ratio of 1.4 ∶1,weight of catalyst of 0.6g,reaction time of 2h and water-entrainer of 5 mL.The optimum condition shows the esterification reaction yield of over 95%.The results show that Ce2(SO4)3 supported on coal based activated carbon gives a better catalytic activity for the synthesis of isobutyl acetate.
