低成本缝合复合材料在次承力结构中的应用
Application Research of Low-Cost Stitching Composites in Secondary Load-Carrying Structure
【摘要】 针对采用低成本缝合复合材料而带来的结构细节设计、连接设计、分析、验证等问题,以支线客机副翼为背景,采用低温固化材料体系、VARI工艺、结合缝合提高结构整体化程度等途径,论述了具有显著低成本特征的复合材料次承力结构部件研制过程,验证了工程应用的可行性及应用效果。
【Abstract】 To solve the problems of using lowcost stitching composites,such as detailed design of structure,joint design,analysis and test,the methods including low temperature curing material system,VARI technique and improving structure integrity combined with sew technique are adapted at the application object in one aileron of regional jet.The development process with low-cost stitching composites in secondary load-carrying structure is achieved and the results validate the feasibility and effect of engineering application.
