【摘要】 以3-氯丙酸为原料,经酰氯化、付克反应、还原和胺解反应制取3-甲胺基-1-苯基丙醇,总收率为60.0%,纯度为98%(HPLC)以上。与传统工艺相比,该法原料易得、步骤少、收率高、操作简单,具有较好的工业化前景。

【Abstract】 3 -Methyl amino -1 -phenylpropyl alcohol was synthesized with 3 -chloropropionic acid as raw materials through acyl chlorination, Friedel-Crafts reaction, reduction and amination. The overall yield was 60%, the purity (HPLC) of 3-methyl amino-1- phenylpropyl alcohol was 98% and above, and the IR spectrum was complied with the reference. Compared to the conventional method, this process has many advantages, including cheap raw material, little reaction steps, high yield and simple operation, which shows good perspective for commercial application.
