磁场作用下Pseudomonas sp.WQ-03降解苯酚的试验研究
Phenol degradation by Pseudomonas sp. WQ-03 under action of magnetic field
【摘要】 在磁场作用下,对能够用苯酚作为唯一碳源和能源的Pseudomonas sp.WQ-03菌株进行了在不同磁感应强度以及不同苯酚质量浓度下的生长情况以及苯酚的降解试验,结果表明该菌株生长的最佳磁感应强度为50Gs,外加磁场对菌体的生长以及苯酚的降解都有一定的促进作用。在磁感应强度为50Gs的条件下,完全降解1100mg/L的苯酚需要49h,而没有磁场作用下完全降解1100mg/L的苯酚则需要56h。
【Abstract】 Pseudomonas sp. WQ-03 is a kind of strain which use phenol as its only carbon and energy source. Under the action of magnetic field, the growth of the said strain under different magnetic induction intensity and different phenol mass concentration, as well as the phenol degradation were tested, the results showed that, the optimal magnetic induction intensity for the strain growth was 50 Gs, the external magnetic field had accelerative effect on both strain growth and phenol degradation. Under magnetic field with 50 Gs intensity, it need 49 h to degradate phenol that initial mass concentration is 1100 mg / L completely, however, without the magnetic field action, the needed time is 56 h.
