XRF法检测交通事故微量物证

【摘要】 交通事故发生后,对事故现场微量物证的检测和认定往往成为公正处置交通事故的重要依据。论文报告了对一起交通事故现场微量物证进行检测、认定的案例。检测中,用X射线荧光光谱法检测事故车辆擦痕提取物及其现场遗留物,通过对其检测物微量元素的分析比对,确认相关检测物的从属关系,还原交通事故发生时的真实情况,为交通事故的认定和责任分割提供了客观依据。

【Abstract】 It is very important for right disposition a traffic accident to measure and cognizance the small amount material evidence,after the traffic accident happened.A case of measurement and cognizance material evidence form a traffic accident has been reported.In the paper,the sampling of vehicle scrape material and locale hangover have been measured by XRF method,the result of the microelement in the measured samples have been presented by comparing and analyzing,and validate affiliation of measured sample has been explained.Finally,the real status when traffic accident happened has been deduced.The impersonal proof has been provided,so the traffic accident has been disposed faultlessly.
