溴化双烷链季铵盐/I2的制备及杀菌性能
Preparation and bactericidal properties of double alkyl ammonium bromide-iodine composites
【摘要】 分别采用1,3二溴丙烷和环氧氯丙烷与十二烷基二甲基叔胺季铵化,得到阳离子型Gemini-I(二溴化-(N,N,N’,N’-四甲基)-N,N’-二(十二烷基)-丙二胺)和Gemini-II(二溴化-(N,N,N’,N’-四甲基)-N,N’-二(十二烷基)-2-羟基-丙二胺),将其分别与I2单质复合,获得两种新型有机/无机复合杀菌剂.Gemini及其复合物的有效成份分别为87.4%、94.8%和8.6%、10.1%;1HNMR谱、13CNMR谱检测确定了Gemini的结构,Raman光谱检测初步确定了复合体系中有机/无机间弱结合结构.好氧菌及厌氧菌杀灭性检测结果表明,浓度为30mg/L时,Gemini对大肠杆菌的杀灭率分别为92.8%和98.5%;Geminis/I2对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的杀灭率分别为51.4%和63.9%,复合后灭菌性均较Gemini有明显提高.
【Abstract】 Two cationic geminis-iodine bactericidal composites,Gemini-I/I 2 and Gemini-II/I2,were prepared by synthesized geminis 1,2-bis(dimethylacryl ammonium bromide) propane and 1,2-bis(dimethylacryl ammonium bromide) hydroxyl propane with iodine.The structures of geminis and gemini-iodines were determined by two-phase chemical titration method,elemental analysis,1 HNMR and 13 CNMR spectra and laser Raman spectra.The concentrations of gemini in products were 87.4%and 94.8%;and the effective contents of iodine in complexes were 8.6%and 10.1%.The detected result of laser Raman spectra at different temperatures℃ndicates that the weak combination exists between structures of gemini and iodine.The bactericidal values of composites at 30 mg/Lto colibacillus are 92.8%and 98.5%;and are 51.4%and 63.9%to sulfate reduction bacterials(SRB) ,which validates the improvement of anti-bacteria capacity of the composites.
