SLC-B双峰分布PE催化剂活性均衡性的研究

【摘要】 研究了不同关键组分配比对SLC-B催化剂聚合性能的影响,确定了催化剂制备过程中各组分配比的最佳范围,利用正交试验研究了催化剂活性的均衡性参数。结果表明:选用合适的n(Mg)/n(SiO2),n(OH)/n(Mg),n(Al)/n(Mg)以及催化剂中w(Ti)为(2.2±0.1)%时催化剂具有最佳的综合性能,从而解决了催化剂活性的均衡性问题。使用SLC-B催化剂,在实验室中利用淤浆聚合和气相流化床聚合相结合的方法,通过调节2个反应器的产率比,成功实现了双反应器生产具有双峰相对分子质量分布特征的聚乙烯产品。

【Abstract】 The authors studied the influence of proportion of main components on performance of catalyst SLC-B a nd determined the optimum proportional range for the catalyst preparation.The activity balance between catalyst activity and sensitivity to hydrogen modulation were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results show that the best comprehensive performance of the catalyst and then activity balance can be obtained with appropriate molar ratios of magnesium to silicon,hydroxide to magnesium and aluminum to magnesium and the titanium mass content of(2.2±0.1)%.The authors successfully produced bimodal polyethylene(PE) using catalyst SLC-B with dual reactors of slurry autoclave and gas-phase fluid bed by adjusting yield ratio of the two reactors in a laboratory.
