【摘要】 目的探讨瘦素(leptin)、瘦素受体和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在结直肠癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测68例患者的结直肠癌组织、癌旁组织和正常结直肠组织中瘦素、瘦素受体和VEGF的表达情况。结果瘦素、瘦素受体和VEGF在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织和正常结直肠组织(P<0.05)。其表达与肿瘤的病理学分级、肠壁浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、远处转移及有无脉管瘤栓明显相关。结论瘦素、瘦素受体和VEGF的高表达与结直肠癌的浸润和转移有关,可能与结直肠癌发展过程中血管生成密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and biological significance of leptin, leptin receptor and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in colorectal carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of leptin,leptin receptor and VEGF was detected in 68 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues,paired para-carcinoma tissues and normal colorectal tissues.Results The positive rate of leptin,leptin receptor and VEGF was significantly higher in colorectal carcinoma tissues compared with that in paired para-carcinoma tissues and normal colorectal tissues,the expression of leptin,leptin receptor and VEGF was correlated with the grade of tumor differentiation,the depth of the tumor invaded the bowel wall,lymph node metastases,Dukes stage,distant metastasis,canalis haemalis tumor embolus.Conclusion The high expression of leptin,leptin receptor and VEGF might correlated with the development,invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma and the three factors might be tightly correlated with the angiogenesis in colorectal carcinoma development.更多还原
